Hi from New Zealand. Advice please for a "beginner"

Hi there. I'm keen to resume modelling after a break since childhood. So I'm 50 now and will need glasses!

My interest is in racing cars and I'm looking for a suggestion for a first kit (1/20 - 1/25) - something not too complex to start with that gives me a reasonable chance of success.

Any suggestions please
